Way to travel. Way of life.

ARZA World’s Jewish journeys to Israel and worldwide are filled with rich, educational, and engaging content. Our mission is to make Israel fundamental to the sacred lives and Jewish identity of Reform Jews. We also believe that connecting Reform Jews with their heritage and with Jewish communities around the world is transformative to a person’s identity.

Connections.
It’s all about people..

Rabbi David Stern, Senior Rabbi of Temple Emanu-El of Dallas, Texas, and president of the Central Conference of American Rabbis, explains how his congregants connect deeply with the country, its people, and each other when traveling with us. “People do not connect to stones during a trip… people connect to people. We give our congregants complexity and dissonance – it’s one of my favorite things about Da’at. Things are not dumbed down.”

Added value. A holistic approach.

What does it mean when we say that ARZA World shares the values of the Reform movement? How are these values expressed in our travel experiences? We take a holistic approach to educational travel and draw on our vast array of resources to express the values that lie at the heart of the Union of Reform Judaism (URJ).

Strengthening Congregations

When you experience Israel and the Jewish world as a community, not only do you connect to your Jewish heritage and identity but also to members of your congregation. The result is that you are redefining the meaning of community and what it means to be part of the Jewish story.

Social Action

Repairing the world – Tikkun Olam – is a central value that shapes our travel experiences and programming. Through hands-on volunteering, opportunities to connect with disadvantaged populations, and ongoing dialogue to build relationships with “the other,” participants get to work together to make a difference.

Audacious Hospitality

We are committed to your comfort, happiness, and feeling of belonging. When you take a trip with us, you are joining a community of travelers and learners on a shared journey, and that sense of community endures long after the travel experience is over.

Investing in the Jewish Future

To ensure a future for the Jewish people, we need to invest in, and engage, our youth. Journeys to Israel and the Jewish world instill in the next generation a sense of joy, compassion, and pride in being Jewish while nurturing a young person’s innate desire to make a difference to the world.
