The trip exceeded all our expectations and was a magical, moving, and deeply rewarding experience.Too many amazing moments to catch them all. Everything we did in Jerusalem was amazing. The cooking class was brilliant and very fun. The Old City was extraordinary. Yad Vashem was deeply moving. We loved going up north. The Jeep tour was pretty amazing—seeing all the things I cheered as a kid during the Six Day War.

From our first contact with you, we were impressed by the information you provided and also the speed with which you responded to all of our questions. You understood our interests and shaped an itinerary that suited both our interests and budget. We loved the locations, accommodations, personnel and delicious breakfasts at each of the hotels you chose for our stay. Our tour educator's knowledge was encyclopedic, and under her wing, our itinerary went off without a hitch. How does one thank a person for helping one fulfill a lifelong dream? Your team took care of every detail as if it was their own dream. Everyone commented on how smoothly everything worked. The food was out of this world - one meal better than the next. Each day was packed with interesting activities, from the volunteering to the artifact sifting, from rafting to the museum. It was an adventure of a lifetime. People were so thrilled with the whole experience. It surpassed our expectations. There wasn’t a single hiccup. The hotels were great, and the Jewish aspects were an incredible overlay as I and others had little knowledge of the history of Moroccan Jewry or the nature of community today nor how the history of Jews in Morocco still plays a significant role in the story Morocco tells of itself. What were the highlights? Shabbat services in Marrakech, the souk in Fes, Volubolis, the cooking class. Our local guide was a font of knowledge. People really loved getting to know him, and in particular, learning about Islam from him. The tour educator was so personable and such an educator that he got people to think about their own Judaism in relation to what they saw and were experiencing in Morocco. A real mensch.It’s hard to come home to the cold of New York. I miss the smells, sights and sounds of Morocco and its incredible culture.
